Patrons of OPERA UNDER THE STARS® can savour a delicious Pre-Performance Opera Hamper by Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa. Opera Hampers are STRICTLY PRE-ORDER ONLY by email and orders must be placed by Friday 19th August 2011 . Opera Hampers will not be available for purchase on the night. • Opera Hamper Menu ~ Classic:

Smoked Tasmanian salmon with Spanish onions and capers
- Chilled ocean king prawns with lime wedges and marie rose sauce
- Herb, mustard grilled chicken
- Mediterranean salad with feta cheese, kalamata olives and continental cucumber
- Brie with water crackers
- Individual chocolate mud cake
• Opera Hamper Menu ~ Vegetarian:

- Char grilled vegetables with pesto sauce

• Both the Classic and Vegetarian Opera Hampers will be served with Fresh Bread.

• Confirmation of your Opera Hamper order will be sent via email, together with details of the pick-up point prior to the performance at the Cable Beach Amphitheatre.
• An Opera Hamper Voucher will be issued for each order received. Please keep this voucher with your OPERA UNDER THE STARS® tickets as the voucher will be required to redeem your Opera Hamper prior to the OPERA UNDER THE STARS® performance. Opera Hamper vouchers will be posted to Patrons by Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa.
Alternatively, Patrons of OPERA UNDER THE STARS® will be able to dine at one of the excellent restaurants of the Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa which is situated adjacent to the Cable Beach Amphitheatre.

Audience members will also be able to dine at Zanders at Cable Beach, on the Cable Beach Reserve, overlooking Cable Beach and adjacent to the Cable Beach Amphitheatre. Or, alternatively, at the Zoo Café (Challenor Drive) or Zee Bar (Sanctuary Road) in Cable Beach.

In addition to the Pre-Opera Gala Dining, coffee, tea, cake and soup by Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa will also be available.
There will be a Fully Licensed bar available (No EFTPOS). NO BYO alcohol is permitted .
ID will be required, as necessary, to purchase liquor. Water will also be available.
